This policy explains what Quartz collects on this website (qaurtz.com) and in the Quartz mobile app, and what we do with it.

What we collect

You can browse buildings and apartments without an account and without giving us anything. We only receive personal information when you send an enquiry about an apartment:

• your name,
• your phone number,
• your message, if you write one,
• and the apartment you asked about.

How we use it

Only to contact you about the apartment you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored on our server and can only be seen by our team. We keep an enquiry until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed.

Cookies, tracking and the app

The website uses one cookie to remember your language and keep the site working. The app saves only your language choice on your phone. Neither uses analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the app does not access your contacts, photos or location.

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page with a new date.
